1 General Terms & Conditions

Mlebet is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform serving users in Bangladesh and other countries. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to every member who uses the Mlebet platform.

By registering an account, logging in, placing a bet, or using any service on Mlebet, you confirm that you have read and fully accepted these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use the platform.

These Terms & Conditions are available in both English and Bengali. In the event of any conflict, the English version shall prevail. We always strive, however, to present all information in clear and accessible language for Bengali-speaking users.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account with Mlebet, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years years old.
• You must be a resident of a country or region where online betting is not prohibited.
• Only one account may be opened per person, registered under your own name and personal details.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date.
• Keep your account login credentials (password) strictly confidential.

Mlebet may request a national ID, passport, or other government-issued document for identity verification at any time. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

If any individual is found operating multiple accounts, all associated accounts will be closed and all balances may be forfeited. This policy is strictly enforced.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

Deposits on Mlebet can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.

• Account verification must be completed before withdrawals can be processed.
• The deposit method and withdrawal method must be the same.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Mlebet reserves the right to place a hold on payments in cases of suspicious transactions.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

4 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all betting activity on Mlebet and are binding for every player without exception.

• Bets generally cannot be cancelled once placed — so review everything carefully before confirming.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Mlebet reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• Odds in live betting change in real time after a match starts — your bet is confirmed at the odds shown at the moment of placement.
• If a match is abandoned or cancelled, the stake is refunded.
• If a selection in an accumulator bet is voided, it is counted at odds of 1.00.
• Bets may be voided if match fixing or unusual betting patterns are detected.

Mlebet reserves the right to set maximum bet limits for individual wagers. Separate limits apply for high roller members — see the High Roller section for details.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Mlebet regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which must be read before claiming.

• Welcome Bonus: Applicable on your first deposit only. Available once per account.
• Wagering Requirement: Withdrawing bonus funds typically requires completing a 5x–20x wagering requirement. The specific rate is stated in each offer.
• Validity: Every bonus has an expiry date. Bonuses that are not used before the deadline are automatically removed.
• Eligible Games: Not all games may qualify for bonus wagering. Each offer specifies which games are eligible.
• Referral Bonus: Refer a friend and both of you receive a bonus. The bonus is activated after the referred friend makes their first deposit.

Mlebet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion. Members will be notified of such changes as promptly as possible.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Mlebet platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a direct violation of these Terms & Conditions.

• Creating or using multiple accounts.
• Opening an account using a false identity or someone else's information.
• Attempting to hack, manipulate, or otherwise interfere with the system through technical means.
• Deliberately abusing the bonus system.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Betting using match fixing or insider information.
• Harassing or attempting to defraud other members.
• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.

If any such activity is detected, Mlebet reserves the right to immediately suspend the account, seize the balance, and pursue legal action if necessary.

7 Responsible Gaming

Mlebet believes betting is a form of entertainment — not a source of income. We encourage all members to play responsibly.

If you feel that betting is having a negative impact on your life, the following tools are available to help:

• Deposit Limit: Set a maximum deposit limit on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
• Session Limit: Set a time limit on how long you play in a single session.
• Betting Limits: Set your own maximum stake per bet.
• Self-Exclusion: You can temporarily suspend your account for a set period of time.
• Permanent Closure: You may request permanent account closure at any time if needed.

8 Changes to Terms & Account Termination

Mlebet reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified via registered email or an on-platform notice at least 7 days before any changes take effect.

Continued use of the platform after any changes are made will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.

• Members may request to close their account at any time.
• Mlebet reserves the right to close an account without prior notice in the event of a terms violation.
• Upon account closure, any valid balance will be refunded; however, bonus funds will not be returned.
• If an account is closed due to fraud or a breach of terms, the remaining balance may be forfeited.

All disputes and complaints will first be directed to the support team for resolution. For unresolved matters, members will have the option to appeal to Mlebet's licensing authority.
